This was my first time staying at Hawaiians Hotel. We ordered a dessert plate (2200 yen extra) for dinner on my daughter's birthday. They put her name and a message on it, so it was a wonderful plate. The staff sang a birthday song for my daughter, which made her very happy. Other tables didn't have dessert plates, but some people had the birthday song sung to them. The hotel's Hot springs was very simple, but it was nice that it wasn't crowded. When going to the pool, it was too cold to play unless you brought a bath towel and a jacket to keep your body warm. It's convenient to put your cell phone in a waterproof case when playing. There was a slide that you could ride as much as you wanted (handbands cannot be used interchangeably) or a ticket system with a 4-ride ticket for 2800 yen (transferable). Children could ride as much as they wanted, and parents shared the 4-ride ticket. Restrictions Height 120 cm or more Two-seater slides have a weight limit and people over 80 kg cannot ride them. There is a jacuzzi at about 40 degrees Celsius between the main pool and the lazy river, and if you warm up your body after swimming, wipe your body and move on, the coldness was reduced. I especially recommend it for those with small children. I saw some children shivering from the cold. If you want to use a futon, the staff will lay it out for you. Even if they are not there, they will lay it out for you, so I put my valuables in the safe. It is best to use a carry case (with casters) or a cart to move your luggage. After returning home, I looked at the pamphlet and there were places I hadn't been to, so I would like to go there next time. The hotel was quite worn out and there were some places that felt old, but my whole family said we would like to go again.

I remember going there a few times as a family when my kids were small and having fun, and I went there two years ago as an adult for the first time in a while, so I went again this year. I didn't go in the pool, but I enjoyed the buffet Food (a wide variety), the show (great, the fire dance was cool), and Hot springs. It was also fun to look around the souvenir shops. I wish there was a plan without the pool.

The building is connected to the hotel so you can play inside for any number of days and the hula dancing is fun no matter how many times you watch it.

I've been here many times since my student days, and no matter how many times I come, I love this Showa-era facility and it's always fun. The building is spacious, and it's heartwarming to see kids running around and having fun. It's probably best to come here on a family trip. The large open-air bath, Yoichi, is so big that first-time visitors will be surprised. This is the only open-air bath of this size. However, there is no washing area, so be careful. Don't bring shampoo or anything (lol). And when it comes to Hawaiians, there's the hula dancing and fire dancing! It's a sight to behold and amazing. You should definitely see it. In the evening, you can enjoy a midnight snack at the izakaya or ramen shop inside the building. It's a great place to have fun no matter how many times you come. I'll be back.

I stayed in East Building 2. It was quite difficult to get around the hotel, but the food was delicious, the price was cheap, and I had no complaints about Guest rooms. Since many foreigners use the hotel, it would have been nice if there was English signage.
