We began operating the glamping facility "Mauna Village" (located in Iwaki City, Fukushima) on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
To date, the company has operated three hotels, Hotel Hawaiians, Will Port, and Monolith Tower, which began operations on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, as well as the water park and large open-air bath Edo Jowa Yoichi, which began operations on Saturday, March 1. In addition, the company has now added the operation of Mauna Village, a glamping facility located within the Spa Resort Hawaiians Golf Course that offers outdoor experiences.
Mauna means "mountain" in Hawaiian, and Mauna Village is a place where you can enjoy the outdoors in a lush green space while gazing at the mountain ridges in the distance. There are 21 buildings and 5 types of tents and cabins, the largest number in Tohoku, each decorated with a Hawaiian-themed interior. The biggest feature is that you can use the facilities of Spa Resort Hawaiians, allowing you to spend a special, extraordinary time in the great outdoors.

On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, we began operating Yatsugatake Kogen Lodge, Yatsugatake Kogen Hutte, and Yatsugatake Kogen Music Hall (all located in Minamisaku District, Nagano Prefecture).
The Yatsugatake Kogen Lodge was founded in 1963 (Showa 38) with the planting of over 300,000 trees and leveling the planned area (approximately 6.6 hectares) centered around the former site of a ranch, and opened in 1975.
Later, in 1969, the former marquis Tokugawa Yoshichika's mansion from Mejiro, Tokyo was moved to this site and opened as the Yatsugatake Kogen Hütte.
The Yatsugatake Kogen Music Hall is located at an altitude of about 1,500m and was designed by the Junzo Yoshimura Architects as a cultural facility where visitors can experience authentic art in the midst of nature. It features a beautiful hexagonal shape that blends in with the mountains of the plateau and the warmth of wood, making it a building of extremely high architectural value. A wide variety of performances, including classical concerts, solo concerts by famous artists, and Kyogen performances, are held daily, and it continues to be visited by many music lovers as a place where the world-class music scene is born.
