It was a very nice hotel with a pool and the sea next to it! The rooms were clean. However, it was a shame that there were no shops within walking distance. I was glad I had plenty to do at the hotel. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here during the peak season. There are few shops within walking distance of the hotel, so I think it is for people who want to relax at the hotel. The location is good and the facilities for children are also great, so it is a hotel that families can enjoy. The pool, beach and marine activities are very good. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a pool for children, and the beach can be Access directly from the pool. Activities such as banana boats can be applied for at the store on the hotel beach. The main facilities of the hotel, such as the restaurant, shops, front desk, pool, and beach, are concentrated in the center of the hotel, and the hotel grounds are very wide and long and narrow, so if you are in a room on the edge of the grounds, it will be difficult to move to the center. If you ask, you can get on an electric cart to get around, but there will be a wait when it is crowded. During peak seasons, breakfast is very crowded around 8am. There were a maximum of nearly 20 groups waiting. You can make a reservation in advance, so if you specify a time and make a reservation, you will not have to wait in line, so I recommend making a reservation. Also, I stayed for multiple nights this time, and the room cleaning was sometimes completed after 3pm. When I came home after playing during the day, the room cleaning still hadn't been finished, so although I understand it must be difficult during the busy season, it would have been appreciated if it could have been finished while I was out.

I thought the customer service was very good. Cleaning was done daily, but I personally don't mind the same towels and sheets, but I'm bothered by the sand on the floor of the room. I would be very happy if there was a small broom in the room or laundry room. A water server would be very helpful. There were quite a few ants. There were also insects. It's a tropical country, so I think it's inevitable to a certain extent. I was in the south wing, but I was bothered by the fact that there was no water, tea, or apple juice or orange juice that children could drink in the vending machines. However, there was only coffee, and only 12 bottles of the same type, or Coke. The indoor and outdoor pools were very good. The lifeguards were all doing their jobs well, and I thought the level of safety was high. The beach hurts barefoot, so I recommend wearing water shoes. I thought the restaurants around the pool were very difficult to use at lunchtime. I thought it would be nice if there was a counter-like place where you could order lunch normally. I thought guests would be happy if the menus and prices of each restaurant were easy to see, such as with QR codes. The breakfast buffet gets boring after the third day, but the variety was plentiful and delicious. I preferred the Ryukyu breakfast, but the only place with a soft serve ice cream machine was Bold Kitchen. On the last day, we had a flight 4 hours after check-out, so it was very helpful to be able to use the pool. Thank you. Overall, I think it was a very good hotel. If you have children under 10 years old, this is the only place to stay.
