The roots of Ryukyu cuisine lie in the authentic "Chinese cuisine" of China and Taiwan, the "Southeast Asian cuisine" that developed in Singapore and Malaysia based on Chinese cuisine, the "Kyushu cuisine (Japanese cuisine)" that was influenced by ingredients and broths as it strengthened its ties with Satsuma, and finally the "Ryukyu cuisine" of the Okinawa Islands that was influenced by the above cuisines.
Ryukyu Shintenchi is Restaurant you can enjoy innovative fusion cuisine based on the concept of cuisine that has evolved through exchanges with various countries in the historical background of Ryukyu cuisine.

The spacious restaurant has a contemporary atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are overseas, and the design is based on Ishigaki Island's crafts. It is the largest resort buffet on the island, with around 80 dishes on offer, including local island cuisine and international cuisine. Enjoy live cooking by our chefs in the open kitchen. This all-day dining restaurant can be enjoyed by the whole family, with baby food, a kids' corner, and an all-you-can-drink plan that includes a wide selection of wines.

After playing in the pool, take a break at the adjacent beach bar. There is a wide variety of tropical juices such as shikuwasa and mango, as well as original cocktails and other alcoholic drinks.
