We made a reservation at a low price one and a half months in advance. They gave us a slightly better room because they had some vacancies, and since my mother was with us and our children, they gave us a larger room, which was very helpful. The staff were all wonderful and it was a very satisfying trip. There was a line of nearly 100 groups waiting for breakfast, but the system was that you could scan the QR code on the paper and find out your turn on LINE, so we were able to kill time at the souvenir shop. It was my first time in Nasu, but I will definitely use it if I visit again. Thank you very much.

The food is delicious and the rooms are clean. The pool is great for kids. The game corner is friendly and fun.

It was a weekday Monday before the holidays, but it was crowded with families with children. It's probably best suited for families with small children. The view was nice, and the French food was delicious. They even surprised my mother on her birthday. It was a little too lively for my family, which is mostly elderly (lol), but I think it's a good hotel that pays close attention to things like cleanliness.

I stayed in a new room in the main tower. It's a family-friendly hotel, so you can use it knowing that it will be lively. You can enjoy activities at the hotel even during busy periods such as long weekends. The room has a nice view from the balcony, and is spacious. However, the only disappointing thing is that the bathroom in the room is a small shower room with a space of about one tatami mat.

As expected, this is a hotel that caters to families with children. I think the reason why the children didn't make much noise was because the staff were so kind. If the staff are considerate, it will reduce parents' frustration, right?

The staff are nice. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. Because it's Nasu, the vegetables are especially delicious. There is a pool, animals, putter golf, and many other activities, and the quality is good. The hot Hot springs are quite good and cater to families. It's inevitable that some guests will be rude because there are too many people.
