A casual bar with the concept of "Setouchi x Mediterranean." Guests can enjoy a menu of Mediterranean-style dishes arranged by the hotel chef and wines carefully selected by the sommelier by the glass.
We offer a breakfast buffet with Ehime's three-flavor sea bream dishes, including a tasting comparison of two types of "Taimeshi," a local dish made with sea bream, a specialty of Ehime, as well as a sea bream cutlet sandwich created by the hotel staff. In addition to local dishes such as "Jacoten" and "Jacokatsu," we also have a Western menu.
