At "RIVAGE," you can enjoy a wide variety of meats carefully selected by the chef, steaks cooked with precise cooking techniques, and homemade hamburgers. The restaurant's specialty grilling method has been further improved, and a new authentic BBQ grill using charcoal will be installed.

SMOKE&GRILL uses a new BBQ grill that uses charcoal to grill the surface, then slowly cooks it in the oven, and finally smokes it with cherry wood chips. In addition to the "Baby Back Ribs" pork meat on the bone that is slowly roasted at low temperature for 8 hours using the BBQ grill, the lineup also includes the popular "Chicken Steak Cajun Spice" with a spicy kick, and the popular Kobe Pork hand-kneaded hamburger made with freshly ground minced meat every day in the store. In line with the new menu, the wine menu that can be enjoyed by the glass has also been revamped. From lunch to dinner, from groups to "drinking alone," you can choose the size of your steak or hamburger from 100g to 400g.
 
The interior of the restaurant has also been renovated to create a high-quality space, where you can enjoy the chef's attention to detail and the enhanced cooking and smoking techniques of "SMOKE&GRILL."
