It was conveniently located near Shin-Osaka station.

It's quiet and there are some small areas, but the price is OK.

It's close to Shin-Osaka Station and there are convenience stores nearby, so it's convenient for business trips. Guest rooms was a little small, but the breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was substantial.

The room was smoking-friendly, so the smell was bothersome. If you don't like smoking, you should definitely avoid it. Food was buffet-style, with a wide variety of options, so I enjoyed breakfast. There are plenty of seats, so you don't have to worry about choosing a time. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, so you can go by car, but the parking lot feels a bit small for regular cars. What's more, I didn't get a discount ticket, so it cost me 2400 yen from 9pm to 9am. I didn't check enough😂
A Keiichi
Apparently, it was originally a locally produced hotel that was renovated. I stayed there for two days without cleaning, and for one night. Due to the width of the corridors and the layout, it was quite noisy, but there are Komeda Coffee, Nakau, Hokkaben, etc. nearby, it is close to Shin-Osaka, and it is also convenient to go to Umeda, so you can enjoy Food, shopping, etc. I recommend this location! ️🙆

Starting in September 2025, Osaka will implement the following changes to its accommodation tax system.
・Tax rate before change (for stays up to August 31, 2025)
・New tax rate (for stays from September 1, 2025 onwards)
