Hot springs at our hotel is registered as a "free-flowing bath" with the Japan Hot springs Heritage Preservation Society, which was established by Hot springs journalist and adventurer Yoshio Noguchi (1947-2008), who coined terms for Hot springs such as "nigoriyu" (cloudy water) and "tachi-yori (drop-in bath)" and conducts research on Hot springs around the country. The society is not circulated or filtered and the hot spring is naturally sourced.
The spring water used is rich in metasilicic acid, a moisturizing ingredient for the skin.
A gift from the land nurtured by Mt. Akita Komagatake, Hot springs flows directly from the source at Tazawako Plateau.
The indoor bath is an open and spacious space where you can relax and enjoy Hot springs.
