There was nothing wrong with the interior and facilities of the hotel itself, and all the breakfasts were delicious. However, I felt uncomfortable and uncomfortable with the behavior of the young female staff member at check-in. When confirming the reservation details, she called me by my full name, without even using my first name. I immediately warned her, "Isn't it weird to call me by my first name?" and "Normally, you would add 'sama', right?", but she just stood there with a puzzled look on her face and didn't apologize. I explained the situation to a man who seemed to be her boss, who happened to come to the front desk, and he apologized first, and then the situation was resolved with her apologizing. I don't think she had any bad intentions, so I won't be too persistent, but I think she should be more conscious of putting herself in the other person's shoes when making comments. At this stage, I have no intention of staying at this hotel again.
