The dinner buffet features around 60 different dishes from Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, including Akita specialties and dishes made with an abundance of local ingredients, including beef steak and nigiri sushi. The local sake corner and craft beer corner are also popular, allowing you to enjoy the whole of Akita.
For breakfast, we offer local dishes such as Kiritanpo hotpot and Inaniwa udon noodles, as well as classic Western dishes. Enjoy a refreshing breakfast while gazing at the majestic Mount Akita-Komagatake.
