We offer a breakfast menu supervised by Kimura Fuminori, executive chef at Hakodate Kokusai Hotel, a member of MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP, and a contemporary master craftsman. We offer approximately 30 different dishes on the menu, ranging from Japanese cuisine such as rice and grilled fish, Chinese cuisine such as mapo tofu, and Western cuisine such as bread. We also offer local dishes such as "Genghis Khan", "grilled squid" and "Hakodate milk yogurt" on a daily basis.
