I was able to relax and unwind. Although it was during the COVID-19 pandemic a few years ago, I was impressed by how thorough the staff were in taking precautions against infection. I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your time!

We stayed here on a family trip. The hotel is large, and it seems like there are a lot of stairs to get to the large public bath. There are also stairs inside the large public bath, which may be a challenge for people with bad knees or legs. Guest rooms were clean and the size was just right! However, there were a few stink bugs in the room... Dinner was delicious, especially the Tazawako beer! The children's dinner was also lavish. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. It's a shame that there is no juice at breakfast. The only drinks available were water, tea, and coffee.

I thought it might be a little early for the autumn leaves, but I had time, so I booked Komagatake Grand Hotel, which seemed like it would be a good place to relax and reasonably priced, and also had Hot springs that flows directly from the source. It turned out to be a great choice! I love Hot springs and have been to Hot springs, but this Hot springs is one of the best. After arriving, after dinner, before going to bed, after waking up... I wanted to stay longer lol Also, dinner was very delicious, and I was able to enjoy local cuisine such as kiritanpo hotpot, shabu-shabu, and Akitakomachi rice. The male staff member who served me recommended a delicious local beer, and when I ordered it, it was really delicious! I really felt that being able to have experiences like this is what makes traveling so great. If I have the opportunity, I will use your services again, so I look forward to seeing you then.
