The location is very good. The rooms are adequate for business use. There is a refrigerator and a kettle, which is perfect. The breakfast area is a little small, but there is a wide variety of items, plenty of vegetables, Caprese and pasta, and more.

Located in the heart of Yokohama, Kanagawa, this hotel will be an option for everyone. The staff is wonderful and will help you with any issues. There are smoking rooms available, but they fill up quickly, so you need to book early. There is a smoking room on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. I've been staying here for almost a month, and I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the price, but also for the friendliest staff I've ever met. I'm also returning another month early, and this hotel felt like a second home during my honeymoon with my wife.

It was reasonably priced, well located, and clean. The receptionist was also kind. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again when I go to Yokohama. The reason I took one star off was because the building next door was so close that it was so dark that I couldn't tell it was morning. I could have just turned on the lights in the room, but I don't recommend it for people who value the view from the window.

A New Year's gift from my nephew on a trip with my grandchildren! The hotel has a classy atmosphere. The Italian breakfast buffet is the best.

The breakfast was more luxurious than any other hotel I've stayed at for under 10,000 yen per person per night. The room was reasonably spacious and it was close to Kannai Station, so it was very convenient and I would definitely stay here again.
