I was able to stay comfortably again this time. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

I used it on a business trip. The service was very polite and I felt like I was being treated well. The taxi arrangements were also very polite and I am grateful. I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity.

Due to the increase in inbound tourists, there are fewer rooms available in Tokyo for under 10,000 yen, but I booked a standard double room (non-smoking) for 8,800 yen on Agoda's reservation site. The building is old and it takes about 7 minutes from Tachikawa Station, but the room was quite spacious and well-cleaned, so it was comfortable.

Mystays is a safe place. I guess it depends on the volume of the person next door, but the walls aren't that thick. Free Wi-Fi is decent, but it wasn't that fast.
