I used this hotel in March 2025 as a base for sightseeing and watching sports. It is about a 5-minute walk from Nakajima Park Station on the subway, and you can easily get there by using Exit 3. There are convenience stores and a few restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotels in this price range often respond mechanically, but everyone at the front desk here was very friendly. The room was very easy to use and the size was perfect. It can't be helped that the toilet and bathtub are small. There are some small things that are of concern about the cleaning, but there are no problems. The bathtub drainage was not very good. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't notice any noise from the next room or the hallway. It's only one subway stop away from Susukino. It's about a 20-minute walk, so I walked there as a way to take a walk. Although the location is not the best, it was quiet and peaceful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your help.

Due to my small-mindedness, I am wrongly corrected by the smoking room, urgently sent an e-mail to the government, and the government has also given me a quick reversal, so I am truly relieved🥰 At that time, the office was completely revised, but I was forced to clean the room, and after the cleanliness was completed, the smoke inside the room was very open-minded, and I really appreciated the cleanliness.😍 New facilities have been installed in the room, the air blowing machine has been installed in the area, the cloth on the beach has dried overnight, and I can see it right now.

I ended up staying here for two nights due to a flight cancellation. There was a convenience store (with a variety of bento boxes) nearby, and it was about an 8-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station on the Namboku subway line, but it was within walking distance from Susukino. It was about 20 minutes from the market? There were only smoking rooms, but there was a coin laundry and a microwave on the second floor. There were amenities in front of the reception desk, so you could get as many as you needed, and the shampoos provided were of high quality. The heating was hot. There was also a mobile phone cable in the room.

I have Parkinson's disease and I sometimes use a wheelchair, but I stayed here for 4 nights. Since we were traveling after the New Year, we decided that a wheelchair would be impossible and left it behind, and moved around with two walking sticks. The purpose was for my daughter to interact with her friends, and we didn't plan on sightseeing at all, so as a result, the temperature difference made her condition worse (as expected), so I only walked around the hotel. My daughter was able to go play here and there with her friends. Since I was in the room most of the time during our stay, I only asked them to change the towels and take out the trash, and they never cleaned the room. Since we were traveling on a budget, the room was small with one double bed, but since we are a parent and child who tend to scatter things around, I think it was a good thing. I think most of the guests were foreigners. There is a convenience store nearby that is open from early in the morning until 11pm, and it is not far from the station, but there are several hotels of the same chain nearby, and since it is one block away from the main road, I saw people asking for directions. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were very professional. I stayed at a hotel in the same chain on my trip to Yokohama, and have decided to stay at the same chain on my next trip. I recommend it.

The parking lot is a tower type with height restrictions. I wanted this information. When I waited at the turntable, a female staff member came and told me that this car model could not be accommodated, and immediately helped me with the parking map. The parking fee on weekends around Nakajima Park is expensive at 1,650 yen for 24 hours, so I parked in a parking lot (1,000 yen for 24 hours) 15 minutes walk away near Gokoku Shrine. It's a short walk from the hotel to Susukino intersection. The subway entrance is close and it's one stop away. The room was quiet on the 7th floor.

I stayed here for three days until I was able to move into my new place. I didn't mind it as I only spent a short time in the room, but the twin room is small at 17m2 (the bathroom is also very compact), so if you plan on spending a lot of time relaxing in the room, it may feel a bit cramped. That said, the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, the staff were all very kind, there are two convenience stores nearby, and it's close to the subway station so it's easy to get to the city center. I was able to book it quite cheaply on a certain travel site, so it was a great value hotel. Thank you Nakajima Park Annex for your help!
