The hotel is located in the downtown area near Okayama Station. There are no problems with restaurants, but the number of restaurant salesmen was a bit troubling. The breakfast buffet was good.

I booked this hotel through agoda for a business trip. I checked in without any problems. The room was clean and very clean. The bath had a slight sweaty smell. The bed was comfortable and there were 3 types of pillows to choose from. The window was faintly glassed due to the neighbors, but that was not a problem. I could hear some drunk people in the hallway in the middle of the night, but other than that it was quiet and comfortable considering it was in a busy area. I was not woken up by the noise until the morning. Check-out was also smooth, and there were 2 elevators so there was no overlap at all. I was staying here without meals, so I can't rate Food, but there are tons of places to eat around, and there are a variety of convenience stores to choose from. There is a nice walkway along the stream next to it. I would like to stay here again when I stay in Okayama.

Guest rooms was small, but the bed was quite large and comfortable. The location was very good, close to the station, the food court and the Aeon Mall. There was a contracted parking lot nearby, and it was reasonable at 1,100 yen per night.

I stayed here on a business trip. The reason was that the rate was cheap and it was close to Okayama Station. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about this business hotel, but the politeness of the reception and the accuracy of their responses to my questions were excellent. I make the same request every time I book a hotel, but this is the only place where they answered it properly in advance. Guest rooms are functional, and there are plenty of work facilities such as power outlets and Wi-Fi, so I have no complaints. I have written about the greatness of the hamburger restaurant attached to the hotel separately, but when I looked into why a business hotel could have such a good restaurant, I found that Mystays is run by Fund Fortress, which is famous for acquiring Sogo Seibu. I see, and it makes sense. Many funds are developing business hotels in Japan, and I see that it is difficult for a purely Japanese company to win against this overall strength. However, if I have to complain, I was troubled by the fact that I could hear the sound of the water in other rooms, probably because the pipe space is old or poorly placed. I hope this will be addressed.
