If you go a little further, we recommend Aki no Miyajima, known as one of the Three Most Scenic Spots of Japan. It is about 60 minutes from the hotel by Hiroshima Electric Railway and ferry. The World Heritage Site Itsukushima Shrine, with its fantastic large torii gates and shrine buildings floating in the sea, is a tourist spot in Miyajima that you should definitely visit when you come to Hiroshima.
