Used for business. It's about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Maruko Station, so there's no problem even if you're dragging a suitcase. This is a business hotel that's like a private lodging, remodeled from a one-room apartment. There may not be a front desk at check-in, so you have to call them. You are free to enter and leave the hotel until midnight. There is an elevator, so it's no problem even with a large suitcase. Smoking is allowed, but I asked for the deodorizer in advance, so I didn't smell anything. The room was clean, and the bed, pillows, and comforter were also clean. Basic amenities such as bath towels, loungewear, and toothbrushes are provided. There is a small TV and a refrigerator. The stove in the kitchen is electric, and there are kettles, pots, rice cookers, and dishes, so you can cook your own meals. The bathroom is a typical modular type, and shampoos and other items are provided. This one looks worn, but that's understandable considering the price. When you go out onto the street, you'll find a shopping district, and there is a pharmacy and a Tokyu store in front of the station, so you won't have any problems. It's no problem if you're using it for business.

There are pots, rice cookers, cutting boards, knives, bowls, spoons, and forks. I stayed there in the winter, but it was cold because there was no separation from the entrance. I think it would be different if there was a partition, even if it was just a curtain. I stayed there for work, so I was very satisfied with the location and the room. I would like to stay again for work.

I stayed there for about a week. It's in a good location, just a few steps from Shin-Maruko and about a 15-minute walk from Musashi-Kosugi. It's not super new or clean, but it was enough for my needs, quiet and comfortable.

I stayed here for a week for work. I brought some repellent and bug spray because some reviews said it smelled bad and there were bugs in the bed, but I didn't need to use them. There was no smell. There were no bugs. The room was a one-room apartment. It felt like I was staying at a friend's house☺️ Equipped with a kitchen, induction stove, microwave, TV, air conditioner, and vacuum cleaner. The bath was a unit bath... bath towels and face towels for the number of nights. I usually take a shower, so I didn't mind the unit. There was no daily room cleaning by the staff. (Maybe it was an eco plan for consecutive nights) There was a vacuum cleaner in the closet, so if you were worried about it, you could do it yourself. ☺️ I was working the night shift, so I wasn't there from night to morning, and my sleeping time was from morning to night, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping during the day because of the noise. There is a paid parking lot next to the front desk on the first floor. (4 cars? 5 cars?) No limit during the day. About 500 yen at night? There are only 3 parking spaces for hotel guests. Reservations must be made in advance. 1500 yen for 24 hours. There is a coin parking lot about 30 meters from the hotel, where you can park 4 cars. The maximum parking fee is 1500 yen from 8:00 to 24:00 during the day. 500 yen from 24:00 to 8:00 in the morning. There are coin parking lots here and there, even if you go a little further away. If you walk straight out of the hotel entrance, you will find a Family Mart. It is about 70 meters away. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The front desk is open from 9:00 to 18:00. For check-in after that, enter the entrance, pass in front of the front desk with the shutters closed, and there is a phone on the left side of the second entrance. If you press number 6, a staff member on night duty will come out and help you. The room is not suitable for a memorable family trip or a couple's date (old-looking?), but if you want to keep the cost down, it is a great hotel for a business trip. Both staff members were kind and polite.

It's cheap. It's like a one-room apartment that's been turned into a hotel. It has a kitchen, microwave, and tableware, so it's convenient if you don't mind that. Check-in and check-out are as simple as possible, so if that explains the low price, I think it's fine. Just like a one-room apartment, you can hear the voices from the next room. The bathroom is small, which is normal, but the interior seems old. Still, it's well-cleaned, so it's up to you to decide whether you want to accept it as a hotel of that type. It's about 3 minutes from Shin-Maruko Station, and there are restaurants and other shops, so it's a convenient location.
