Used for business. It's about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Maruko Station, so there's no problem even if you're dragging a suitcase. This is a business hotel that's like a private lodging, remodeled from a one-room apartment. There may not be a front desk at check-in, so you have to call them. You are free to enter and leave the hotel until midnight. There is an elevator, so it's no problem even with a large suitcase. Smoking is allowed, but I asked for the deodorizer in advance, so I didn't smell anything. The room was clean, and the bed, pillows, and comforter were also clean. Basic amenities such as bath towels, loungewear, and toothbrushes are provided. There is a small TV and a refrigerator. The stove in the kitchen is electric, and there are kettles, pots, rice cookers, and dishes, so you can cook your own meals. The bathroom is a typical modular type, and shampoos and other items are provided. This one looks worn, but that's understandable considering the price. When you go out onto the street, you'll find a shopping district, and there is a pharmacy and a Tokyu store in front of the station, so you won't have any problems. It's no problem if you're using it for business.
