The building is sturdy, so you can spend your time quietly without being bothered by the sound of the door next door. The bathroom and toilet are small, so you will need to get used to it.

It was a lot cheaper than the market price, so I was a little worried, but I ended up being very satisfied. The room was clean, the amenities were there, and the staff's explanations were easy to understand. The bathroom was small, but I'm grateful that there was a toilet and shower in the room. I'll definitely be a repeat customer (lol)

As other reviews have said, the bathroom is small, or rather, the sink is in the way. If you want to take a bath, it's better to take a bath at a nearby public bath or capsule hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is also nearby, so you won't be short of anything. I think it's better than staying in a capsule hotel because you can stretch your legs and the room is clean and you can stretch your legs.

It's cheap considering the location. It seems to be cleaned well, but the bath is as small as rumored. I don't mind a man washing his body at all (women and bath lovers should go outside).

The location (near the station, Food) is great. The room is clean. However, the unit bath is small. The shower head is large and good, but it was small and difficult to use. It is acceptable for one night. (Check-in after 18:00 is possible, so I will delete some of my comments.)
Satsuki-Minh Thuong Kamiya-Tran
The location is great. The price is cheap and the staff is friendly. There is a coin laundry, microwave, and rental tableware, so everything you need is there. The bathroom is small and there is no bed making or cleaning during your stay, which is different from a normal business hotel, but for the price and location, this is to be expected and I have no complaints. I will definitely use it again.
