Despite its industrial design, our sushi bar has a fresh, modern atmosphere with wooden theme. All of our Ezomae-zushi, craft roll sushi, and simple broiled dishes are made with fresh fish, so you can enjoy a taste experience only available in Otaru, the “town of sushi.” While you're here, you can also try sushi made with horse meat or Tokachi-gyu beef, and wash it down with high-quality wine or Japanese sake! The breakfast is buffet-style, lunch is centered on Japanese-style dishes, and at dinnertime you can enjoy either the à la carte menu or a course meal: our restaurant offers a broad variety to fit every mood.
