Important points to note when using this service
- Customers are responsible for communication costs (packet charges) associated with use of the service.
- You can enter the room after hotel check-in time.
- Payment on the system can only be made by credit card.
- By law, foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan are required to present and have a copy of their passport when staying at a hotel, so please be sure to visit the hotel front desk.
- If the hotel has anything to inform you of, a message will be displayed on your smartphone, so be sure to stop by the hotel front desk.
- Please note that based on guidance from local governments and public health centers, our staff may need to confirm your reservation before issuing Guest rooms key.

- MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP will send you seasonal deals via direct mail, email, etc. to the address, email address, and other contact information you have registered in this system.
