It was easy Access to Haneda, and there was a shuttle service to the airport the next day (notified at check-in), and laundry was free (but detergent was 100 yen).

I was worried because there were various bad reviews, but when I actually stayed there, there were no problems at all. The DX Twin on the 4th floor was very spacious and was enough for a night before going to Haneda Airport. There were also many restaurants nearby, so I was at a loss as to where to go. There were many Food in the Anamori Inari shopping district. It was right next to Anamori Inari, so I was able to visit it. The bathroom in the room was a unit bath, but it had been renovated, so it was new and comfortable. It was also properly cleaned, and there was an air purifier. I felt that it was very cost-effective for this size and price. It was a 3-minute walk from Anamori Inari Station, so I pulled a large suitcase for overseas travel, but it wasn't too difficult. It was quiet at night. The driver of the bus to Haneda Airport was kind and I was able to get on without any problems. However, there was an astonishing amount of luggage from inbound tourists, so I thought that if they occupied a seat, they would not be able to get on.
