高田駅から徒歩3分ほど、目の前にローソンあり立地が良い。周辺には居酒屋など飲食店が多くて便利。ホテル自体は年季が入っているが、朝食のクオリティは高く(1500円)、重宝している。（追記）朝食は前日までの予約で1800円、当日価格で2000円にちょっと値上がりしておりました。

連休中に宿泊チェックインは特に混まずスムーズでした。間違えて喫煙ルームを予約しましたが、快く変更に応じて頂けました。部屋は古いタイプであまり広くもありませんが、シャワーヘッド大きめになってたり、テレビもアンドロイドテレビになってたりと所々更新されてます。アートホテルの売りはやっぱり朝食ですね。品数も多く、朝食に関しては大変満足でした。立地的には高田駅からすぐですが、駅の周りは飲食店がちらほらある程度で、あまり便利とはいえませんでした。
