The breakfast menu at Azalea is supervised by Fumiyoshi Kimura, the executive chef of Hakodate Kokusai Hotel (a MYSTAYS Hotel Group hotel) and recognized as a Contemporary Master Craftsman.
The menu focuses on delicacies that are locally produced for local consumption, such as Hakodate Kokusai Hotel’s famous Szechuan-style hot and spicy mapo tofu, Hokkaido “Fukkurinko” rice, and Hakodate’s famous squid sashimi as well as Hokkaido pollock roe, Hakodate milk, and Hakodate salt ramen. Guests are also welcome to take their coffee with them to enjoy in their room.
