The breakfast menu at Azalea is supervised by Fumiyoshi Kimura, the executive chef of Hakodate Kokusai Hotel (a MYSTAYS Hotel Group hotel) and recognized as a Contemporary Master Craftsman.
Choose from a menu boasting an array of some 30 items including Japanese dishes such as rice and grilled fish, Chinese dishes such as mapo tofu, and Western-style dishes such as bread.
Local dishes are also offered as daily specials, including Jingisukan (grilled mutton), grilled squid, and Hakodate milk yogurt.
