방이 작아도 작아도 너무 작음. 렌트카 업체가 말없이 퇴근해버려서 급하게 하루 묵었는데 두 살 아들과 셋이서 싱글베드 하나 있는 방을줘서.. 골든위크라 돈도 40만원인데 바닥에서 잔 남편은 허리아파 죽으려함. 조식은 너무 짰음.

근처에 먹을곳이 많아서 좋았어요~ 나카스랑 가깝기도 하구요.

가격이 너무 좋고 연식은 좀 있지만 청소상태 좋습니다! 건물은 신축인데 청소 미흡해서 먼지 있는곳보다 연식이있더라도 청소관리 잘되는곳이 오히려 더 청결한거같아요 그리고 어메니티 DHC고 다른 어메니티들도 신경쓴게 보여요 직원분들도 다 친절하셔서 기분좋은 호텔로 기억됩니다

Overall a pleasant stay for 4 nights • Finding the hotel: closest to Tenjin-minami station • Check in at reception: pleasant staff, allowed storing luggages/bags ahead of check-in time • Key card: issued two keys but occasionally had program snags it would not open the door; had to bring to reception to fix • Environment: hotel has been under renovation so scaffoldings can be seen in floors; noise was not our problem since we were out at daytime • Housekeeping: varies per stay time. ours was done daily including daily replacement of towels, robes • Room: Has small kitchen sink with microwave, dishes & cutleries which was not found in others. With a glazed window that could be opened slightly, no outside view. • Toilet: Widest floor space among 3 others we stayed at. Clean. Only comment is that in room 501, toilet only has full flush , no light flush option, which kind of wastes water. • TV: this was the only thing we wished was better. an old tv in our room. not a smart TV • Breakfast: Have ample options. We thought it good value for money. • Checkout: quick, allowed leaving bags after check-out time as well. • Staff service: Great! Iron & board and umbrellas could be borrowed for free. • Location: within comfortable walking distance to Tenjin Central Park, ACROS, malls, department stores, and yatais.

駅から少し遠いですが対応は良かったです

評価の低い方の口コミを読んでいると、 ホントに同じホテル？と言う感想を持ちましたね。 で、つくづく恵まれたなぁ。と、強く思いました。 先ず、フロントの男性職員の方全員、愛想も良くて好印象でした。 部屋の清掃も3泊したが、大して汚れて居ないのでパスしてタオルとお茶など貰ったりしたけど、この方々もニコニコして居て印象はとても良かったですよ。なので、 僕の中では低評価なのが、"？"になっちゃうんですよね。先にも言及したけど、ホントにラッキーだったなッ❗❗ ホントにちょっとした出来事、大きい場合もあるでせうが、で印象って決まっちゃうんだなぁ。と痛感しましたね。 ーーーーー 他の人が部屋が汚かったと書き込んでいたので、ハウスダストアレルギーのある僕は 前以て電話で部屋の掃除の徹底を依頼した。ホテル側で"申し送り事項に希望を記載しました"と言われ、実際に十分に綺麗でホコリ等見当たらない部屋で快適に過ごせた。 他のチェーンホテルは、本当にひどい対応でこのホテルの対応を見習って欲しい。と心底思うッ❗❗
