Rooms are a bit small by most Western standards. However the location is excellent. Walking distance from two major metro stations and centrally located. There is also a seven eleven on the bottom floor of the hotel next to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. There is also a self serve laundry on the top floor. The hotel has a healthy breakfast buffet that is very reasonably priced and enjoyable. The 7-11 downstairs was extremely helpful as they had a large variety of excellent healthy ready-to-eat foods and other practical merchandise,

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, 711 is just downstairs, close to the station.

Words can't express my gratitude to the amazing team of Mystays Premier Akasaka. I fell and broke my leg in Japan, arriving to tokyo waiting for a flight back. The reception team assisted me with all my needs, with attention and caring. I will be forever greatfull for this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Location was central for us to get taxis and use the train. 2-3 train stations were about 10-15 min walk. The rooms can be a bit small if you have a lot of luggage for the standard room. Amenities in the room were excellent, housekeepings attention to detail was amazing! Front desk staff was very helpful and able to assist with any of our requests. They can also help you set yup luggage transfer. We were able to send our luggage the day before and they held it the day of check out till our car arrived later in the day. There is a 7-11 connected and accessible via the elevator. Did not have breakfast here, just decided to go out and venture new places as this was a vacation trip. Definitely recommended this location if you can. There was laundry, it costs 300 yen per wash and about 100 yen for each 20 mins fo drying, you cannot adjust water or dryer temps, or cycle options, all fixed . I only did laundry after 11pm-1am so I not have an issue finding an open machine, there are 3 sets of machines.

Posting during golden week, Akasaka was a great place to stay as it wasn't over crowded and this hotel is between a few stations. Recommend an uber if you have large luggage as there are some hills to Roppongi station, but easy walk from Akasaka station. The rooms are small but modern and clean, the staff are amazing and take pride in their work. The amenities provided are great, however a straightener was the only thing missing. Laundry on level 12 that accepts 100 yen coins only.
