Great location and convenient. The room is just okay for two average size people. But still a little cramped at times. Service was okay. The staff were nice and courteous. Has an additional cleaning fee so don't expect for someone to clean up your room unless you request it for a fee. They provide toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo. They have a small tub and shower. There were no hanging racks. The room has a small sink, ref, and TV.

The counter staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Higashi-Jujo train station. I stayed there for seven nights without any issues. However, the room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which suggests that smoking is allowed inside. It would have been much better without the lingering smoke odor. One great convenience is the coin laundry on the ground floor, allowing you to pack light and do your laundry during your stay.

Affordable budget hotel in Tokyo,with private bathroom, small kitchen, and small fridge, there is seven eleven across the street, Higashi Jujo station is 1 minute walk from hotel. And the staff was also friendly and helpfull when i needed further assistance. I can say this is one of the best budget hotel in Tokyo. My next vacation, i'll definitely stay here again

We stayed for 18 nights at Flexstay Higashi Jujo. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff are very polite, friendly and answered any questions we had! The room was small, but very clean and tidy with all the facilities well maintained. The hotel is located in a convenient and easy to access area. 7 11 across the road. There are two train stations within walking distance, where you can travel to areas like Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ikebukuro or Shibuya with ease. Also, Jujo Ginza Mall, which is close by, is a great place to visit if you are looking for a cheap, but tasty meal. There are a few supermarkets in the area too. Overall, we would stay again in the future 😊
