Best affordable hotel in this area! Remote distance from convenience store, walking distance from bus stop and Shinjuku train station. The price is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby; and the room, I'd say is HUGE compare to other 3-star hotel. Will stay here bext time for sure.

Location is in the heart of shinjuku.
Rooms are clean.
There are a lot of convenient store such as Family Mart, 711 and Lawson in walking distance (less than 1 min)
There are also a lot of restaurants.
They also provide a proper printed info for guests who travels to airports.
Sadly they did not provide mineral water and tap water is not for drink.

Leave your western views behind. Yes it's a small room. Make more money stay at a fancy hotel and you will be happy. This little hotel has heart. The location is PERFECT. The staff are PERFECT. The perfect Japanese warmth and hospitality you expect. Steps to everything. 7-11 Lawsons family mart at your door step. Shinjuku is the best place to stay. I had low expectations but was blown away and already planning my next stay here!
